SHAMANIC BREATHWORK CEREMONY: Deeper exploration into the barriers to living true to you and in the joy of being you. This is for the brave of heart as you deal with the real with love and wisdom. Codependency/soul loss/ conditioning brought into the light to be transformed! Powerful embodiment journey with art process and initial integration. Activate imaginal cells. As you remember your essence, true nature and power, you begin to imagine beyond your limited mind ideations. You see new possibilities and feel new power to make it a lived reality.
INTEGRATION POD: Meet with others in a focused power session to keep each other accountable, normalize your experiences and allow others to witness and celebrate you. In order for things to be different, you have to do you different. With encouragement and support, identify the catalyzing inspired steps that will launch you forward. See yourself in new light and feel your commitment deepen as you get clear on next steps on your soulful path and living in the de-light of you, unapologetically!

How I came to treasure wholeself loving and living in de-light!
I was at a crossroad, my flaming co-dependent self had created a hot mess. In order to course correct, I pursued therapy, 12-step work, and enrolled in a soul development class. Continuing my journey, I discovered Shamanic Breathwork. As a result, I was able to know myself more fully and transform the root cause of my pain and suffering. This tool allowed me to make sense of my life and make new choices that created life-giving outcomes.
Working with my body and my guides, I transformed from the inside out. I sit in complete gratitude for this process and the infinite wisdom of these teachings. I found this to fast track my process with greater results than ever imagined,
